1. Introduction

Welcome to Digiwave ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

2. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited. 3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality of our website or services, including but not limited to spamming, unauthorized access attempts, hacking, or distributing malicious software. Violation of this section may result in termination of access to our services and legal action.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates third-party services, including Cloudflare Pages for hosting, Cloudflare Analytics, Postmark for email communication, Upwork for payments, and PayPal for direct contracts. Please note that your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions, and Digiwave is not responsible for their actions or policies.

5. Payment Terms

The default payment method for our services is via Upwork, which offers protection for both clients and freelancers. For direct contracts, we adhere to the same policies as Upwork. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Full payment is required as per the agreed terms on the contract before the final delivery of the project.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are offered on a partial basis, depending on the work completed, if a project is canceled midway. Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided. Cancellations are allowed with at least 7-14 days' notice before the project start date; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds for unsatisfactory work are subject to our review and discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or website without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
