Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Full payment is required as per the agreed terms on the contract before the final delivery of the project.
Refunds are offered on a partial basis, depending on the work completed, if a project is canceled midway. Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided. Cancellations are allowed with at least 7-14 days' notice before the project start date; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds for unsatisfactory work are subject to our review and discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or website without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
